When I was a kid I loved to draw which eventually led me to a schooling in Architecture. As I progressed in my career I gravitated towards the built environment and into construction. To this day I love being able to take a 2D drawing and turn that into a building.

In my opinion critical skills to be successful are communication, organization and time management. They are the keystones to success in the construction industry.

When I am not working you can find me mountain biking, road cycling, backcountry skiing, white water rafting or doing pretty much anything outdoors. I also have a full pottery workshop and spend time throwing on my wheel.

The strongest projects are ones that use a collaborative team approach that have all parties working toward a mutual goal. One team, one goal.
