A Class A office that consisted of open office space, conference rooms, testing areas and a large two-story lobby. The office was Phase 2 of a two-part build, attached to a concrete tilt warehouse that we built as Phase 1. The structure of the office was a wood-steel hybrid and had large openings for the floor-to-ceiling glazing systems.
