New construction of a Porsche garage and living quarters. Ahead of construction on the building, there were major site improvements that consisted of bringing the grade up 20’ and installing a 110 linear foot wall to act as a building structure and rock catch. Some project highlights include African Sapele wood siding, geothermal in-floor heating and cooling, solar PV prep and car lifts at the working garage space.
This project was also published in The Wall Street Journal and won an AIA Nevada award for sustainable design. Links to articles below.
