A 7,006 sf tenant improvement that converted an old retail space into a golf simulator venue with a bar and kitchen space. Work entailed extensive demolition of floor tile, soffit ceilings and old built-in casework with the build back of the bar, kitchen, restrooms, a private simulator room and MEP infrastructure. The new X-Golf space includes eight golf simulators.
