Exterior improvements to an existing 5,165 sf home built with ICF construction. Work included extensive demolition to allow for a new 2,044 sf wrap-around deck with coverings. The new deck was constructed as a wood-steel hybrid and required stitching into the existing ICF walls. New stucco facings, decorative stone, a new front entrance, lighting and paint were also completed.
